Develop, implement and manage the community of NFT marketplace, Metaverse and campaigns.
Create innovative activations to foster deeper relationships with the users.
Manage regular correspondences with our users through email, Discord, Twitter and other social channels/platforms.
Stay on the bleeding edge of the latest community platform trends, best practices and technologies (NFTs, Metaverse, Crypto).
Collaborate with broader Marketing Team and other teams to deliver on company goals.
Monitor artist engagement and suggest content optimization.
Communicate with fans, influencers and other partners/collaborators, to grow network.
Provide constructive feedback and execute plans accordingly.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Language Proficiency: Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (added advantage).
Essential at least 3 years experience with community building and managing communities.
Experience at least 3 years with digital and in-person event planning a plus.
Essential experience with social channels such as Discord, Twitter, etc.
Basic Experience with NFTs/Metaverse.
Basic knowledge of email best practices.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Excellent multitasking skills.
