Job Description:

  • To prepare press release for each campaign and  expert in speeches, promotional content, and letters to ensure the accuracy of messages, and consistency of tone.
  • Responsible to collaborate with public, media and government sector for marketing activities.
  • To understand the company's objectives and promotional policies, to propose PR strategies that can effectively influence public opinion and enhance company image.
  • To plan the media buy budget via different channel.
  • To propose and invite VVIP, sponsorship & partnership for CSR program.
  • To plan and monitor social media platfom, including Facebook/ Instagram reply, Youtube, Tiktok, Whatsapp, WeChat and Line)
  • To generate DPTV channel and monitor the Youtube fans.
  • To attend for mall events and activity if needs (weekend)
  • To respond to the request from the media or external public. 
  • To support  the customer service team by providing the FAQ for mall and digital reply.
  • To plan and implement digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, paid advertising campaigns and website design and development.
  • To perform SEO audits to identify various issues impacting clients’ search engine performance.
  • To improve business site’s Google ranking by adding new keywords, analyzing and optimizing web pages.
  • To evaluating brands' target customers to identify the social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement.
  • To work closely with the team in developing online plan/strategy as well as creative and effective digital campaigns.
  • To plan and arrange Media calendar plan (timeline - program)
  • To discuss promotion plan with all the tenants after discussion with the event team.
  • To arrange Promotion activity through E- Magazines / FB Live activity with tenants and oversee the  results.



Educational/Professional Qualification

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or any other related field

Work Experience

  • At least 1-2 years work experience proven work experience as a PR strategist/content creator or similar role

Language Proficiency

  • Excellent command in English is a MUST.
  • Know Chinese is an added advantage.
