Job Description

  • Support the Leasing Manager in planning and implementing tenancy mix, budget and strategy in the retail mall.
  • Entice, negotiate and conclude tenancies and rental negotiations with prospective tenants.
  • Establish and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships.
  • Analyze and research market/ economic trends and other relevant market information.
  • Prepare and maintain lease documents, management reports as well as documents with regards to lease transaction.
  • Ensure any feedback and complaints from tenants are attended to satisfactorily and actions to resolve the issues are taken promptly with Management’s approval.
  • Able to meet and fight for leasing department KPI with the team at all time.


Educational/Professional Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within retail mall management.

Language Proficiency

  • English & BM. For support of non-BM or English. tenant, Mandarin and local dialects ability will be an advantage.

Personal Attributes & Other requirements

  • Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Sound Knowledge and understanding of the shopping mall industry, with market knowledge on retail performance, business opportunities and trends.
  • Self –Starter.
  • Good communication skills – spoken & written, interpersonal skills and adept presentation skills – especially in report presentation and enjoys socializing with people.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize multiple projects and consistently work within tight deadlines.

Salary Range

  • Salary Range of RM 4,500.00 to RM 6,500.00
