Customer Service Officer

Job Description

  • Seated at the information counter and provide customer service duties, client greetings and welcome.
  • Handle enquiries and telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Attend to shoppers / visitors / walk-in customers enquiries and direct to the right host.
  • Assist in redemption duties (promotions/lucky draw/carpark, etc.)
  • Data entry, routine administrative duties consisting of typing, filing, mailing etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.


Skills Required

  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / Diploma, any field.
  • Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Service consciousness, responsible and good phone etiquette.
  • Excellent work attitude, proactive, resourceful and strong problem solving skills.
  • Ability to converse in multiple languages will be an added advantage - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
