Customer Service Officer
Seated at the information counter and provide customer service duties, client greetings and welcome.
Handle enquiries and telephone calls efficiently and professionally.
Attend to shoppers / visitors / walk-in customers enquiries and direct to the right host.
Assist in redemption duties (promotions/lucky draw/carpark, etc.)
Data entry, routine administrative duties consisting of typing, filing, mailing etc.
Other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School / SPM / Diploma, any field.
Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Service consciousness, responsible and good phone etiquette.
Excellent work attitude, proactive, resourceful and strong problem solving skills.
Ability to converse in multiple languages will be an added advantage - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
