Accounts - Senior Executive/Executive Officer

Job Description

  • Manage and prepare the property development division's companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose.
  • Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control.
  • Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules.
  • Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related job matter.
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary.


Skills Required

  • LCCI/Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting and Financing Management.
  • Able to handle full set accounts.
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience prefarably in property development and public accounting film.
  • Computer literate (Mircosoft Excel & Word / Preferably WIZ Accounting).
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
