Job description

  • Manage and prepare the property development division's companies and projects accounting system and controls to enable cost accounting and reporting for analysis and budgeting purpose
  • Ensure financial records and reports are maintain and compliance with statutory requirements including audit, taxation and internal control
  • Assist in preparation of Business Plan and Tax Schedules
  • Liaising with tax agent, auditors, company secretary, bankers, lawyers and government authorities on related job matter
  • Undertake special assignment, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when necessary

 

Skills Required

  • LCCI/Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accounting and Financing Management
  • Able to handle full set accounts
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience preferably in property development and public accounting film
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Excel & Word / Preferably WIZ Accounting)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to work independently and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
