Job description

  • Provide administrative support to Management and other staff
  • Use computer word processing, spreadsheets and database software to prepare reports, memos and documents
  • Purchase, receive and store the office supplies are always available
  • Code and file material according to the established procedures
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers/Executives
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment


Skills Required

  • Minimum Certs/Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any field
  • Required language(s): English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin
  • At least 1 year(s) working experience in related field is required for this position
  • Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
